Understand how your mind works (and other people’s too)

I would guess the last thing we understand in the world is ourselves and yet this is probably the most important discovery we could make?

We strive so hard to learn about this and that at school and work, night classes and pastimes, but I am guessing if we started seeking answers and knowledge from within, then we might be more fulfilled and better placed when we search for all this other new knowledge.

Does that make sense to you? I mean I have scrambled around forever trying to find a way, a distraction, something I think I’d like to learn, enjoy learning, find useful and progressive learning. And not once imagined if I started learning about myself there wouldn’t have to be that confused scramble and chaotic search. Because when you I know myself, I know my purpose. I know what I need to know for that purpose and it forms a clear pathway of learning and exploring. Where as previously I decided to learn stuff… well just because.

To understand yourself and others better it’s valuable to understand when you are more suggestible. And whether that suggestibility is good or bad. To get ourselves into a state of mind where we are calm about what we are going to discover and open to the feedback we will receive from within. People in this dream state, this hypnotic trance, can see things there are not ordinarily there and ‘not’ see things that are actually there. To for a sense of clarity when focused on one specific target.

By ‘suggestible’, I mean ‘capable of learning without necessarily knowing you are learning’.

This is why we want a complete learning experience. Learning what is bad for you is also as useful as learning what is good. Because we don’t want to be suggestible when ‘fear is in the air’, when everyone is panicking and it would really be better for us (and them) to stay calm and in touch with more than one perspective. Naturally though through everyday hypnotic experiences we are allowing all sorts of good and bad things in to our subconscious which creates defensive habits hence an imbalance in our behaviour. And so… we often don’t have the slightest idea why we do half the things we do.

So looking after or needs and well being daily makes us less likely to go off the rails, or push others over the edge and more likely to be come successful in our chosen task.

Here’s a way to get an inner focus attached. A full hypnotic experience in relation to have a meditative look within ourselves to find that calm sense of reasoning. See how our mind works in relation to our own behaviours and our reactions to others. See how our connected minds connect…
